- 1 Cups Makhana · Turmeric Powder to taste
- Red chilli powder to taste
- Black salt as Required
- 1 tsp Ghee
- Heat ghee in a kadhai.
- Add the makhanas and roast for 10-12 minutes on a low flame till they become crisp and crunchy.
- Add all the spices and salt and mix well.
- Store in airtight container.
