Roasted Makhanas


  • 1 Cups Makhana · Turmeric Powder to taste
  • Red chilli powder to taste
  • Black salt as Required
  • 1 tsp Ghee


  • Heat ghee in a kadhai.
  • Add the makhanas and roast for 10-12 minutes on a low flame till they become crisp and crunchy.
  • Add all the spices and salt and mix well.
  • Store in airtight container.
