Oats and Rice Flakes Chat Recipe


  • Roasted Oats: ½ cup
  • Rice flakes 1/4th Cup (dry roast and crumble them a little)
  • Salt to Taste
  • Red Chilli Powder – ½ Tsp
  • Roasted Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp
  • Onion – 1 Chopped
  • Tomato – 1 Chopped
  • Green Chillies – 1 Chopped
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • Lemon Juice – 2 Tsp


  • Mix All the ingredients in a huge bowl with two forks.
  • Serve as a healthy evening snack
    (Boiled green moong can be added to make the recipe more nutritious)
