
Ingredients
- Roasted Oats: ½ cup
- Rice flakes 1/4th Cup (dry roast and crumble them a little)
- Salt to Taste
- Red Chilli Powder – ½ Tsp
- Roasted Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp
- Onion – 1 Chopped
- Tomato – 1 Chopped
- Green Chillies – 1 Chopped
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
- Lemon Juice – 2 Tsp
Method
- Mix All the ingredients in a huge bowl with two forks.
- Serve as a healthy evening snack
(Boiled green moong can be added to make the recipe more nutritious)
