- 100 gm green moong dal
- 1 small onion
- 1 small cup Palak
- 2 tbsp coriander
- 1 tsp garlic ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Add 5 cups of water to the green moong dal, Palak, onion and cook in a pressure cooker.
- Heat ½ tsp oil in a pan and add garlic, ginger, onion saute for a minute.
- Add the prepared dal stock and bring to boil.
- Simmer for 3 minutes and add salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 1-2 mins and garnish with coriander
