How do I know if this program will work for me?

Thousands have benefited from the program over last 3 years. Nutrition plans are designed considering inclusion of all macronutrients and micronutrients. We’ve had people with various backgrounds – working professionals, homemakers, people with very hectic schedule, people with medical conditions like PCOD, Thyroid, and those struggling with post-pregnancy weight.

This is just for few days, what after the program is over?

There will be a comprehensive LIVE masterclass towards the end of the program where we will cover what all we did, how did it help us achieve results and most importantly, the guidelines that one needs to follow after the program is over. The program may be for few days but it has been designed to provide “Learnings for Life” so that the journey to a fitter self continues.

What if I don’t like some ingredients in the meal plans?

The meal plans are based on simple home-cooked foods with yummy recipes and ideas. There are no fancy ingredients or supplements in the meal plans. If you don’t like a particular ingredient/vegetable/fruit, there will be alternatives to choose from.

Is the program suitable for pure vegetarians and vegans?

The meal plans have multiple options that suit people with all kinds of preferences, vegetarians, non-vegetarians, vegans etc.

I do fasting on certain day of the week, will the program be suitable for me?

We will provide fasting guidelines to help with that.

Is the program conducted through LIVE online sessions?

The program will be conducted over the whatsapp group where all meal plans, recipes, tips etc will be shared.

Apart from this, there will be 2 LIVE sessions during the program which will be conducted over Zoom.

One will be the orientation session wherein we will set the context for the program and take all your queries. Second session is crucial and will cover what you need to do after the program over so that your journey continues.

We will provide recordings in case you miss the session.
