Hummus with Carrot and Cucumber Sticks Recipe

Ingredients

  • 100 gm Soaked and boiled Chole (Chickpeas)
  • 2 tbsp Curd
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • Jeera powder, salt, pepper and lime to taste

     

Method

  • Mix Soaked and boiled chole, curd, garlic, jeera powder in blender.
  • Blend to coarse or smooth paste (as preferred).
  • Add salt, pepper and lime to taste.
  • Serve with Cucumber and carrot sticks.
