- 100 gm Soaked and boiled Chole (Chickpeas)
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- Jeera powder, salt, pepper and lime to taste
- Mix Soaked and boiled chole, curd, garlic, jeera powder in blender.
- Blend to coarse or smooth paste (as preferred).
- Add salt, pepper and lime to taste.
- Serve with Cucumber and carrot sticks.
