Cinnamon can be used as substitute for sugar or salt as it has pleasant flavour.
Approximately 1/2 to 1 tsp of cinnamon powder can be consumed per day, also varies from person to person.
Excess of cinnamon powder leads to low blood sugar levels, cause liver damage, abdominal bloating, mouth sourness.
